Information we collect

We may collect contact and delivery details, order and account information, customer-service messages, device and security information, and records required for fraud prevention, accounting and legal compliance. Stripe processes payment card information; Foundation does not store your full card number.

How we use it

We use personal information to operate the store, take payment, fulfil and deliver orders, manage accounts and returns, answer enquiries, maintain business records and protect the service. Our legal bases include performing our contract with you, complying with legal obligations, consent where requested, and legitimate interests in running and securing the business.

Service providers and transfers

We share only the information needed with providers supporting the store, including Stripe, Supabase, Printful, Printify, delivery carriers, email providers, hosting and technical suppliers. Where information is processed outside the United Kingdom, an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism is used where required.

Retention and your rights

Information is retained only as long as necessary for its purpose and applicable legal, tax and accounting requirements. Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
