Terms of sale
These terms govern purchases from Foundation, a trading name of Genesis Global Holdings Ltd, and do not limit statutory consumer rights.
Who we are
Genesis Global Holdings Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 17153984. Registered office: 167–169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. VAT registration: GB 519 94 94 39.
Products and availability
We take reasonable care to present products accurately. Colour can vary between screens and production batches. Products and variants remain subject to availability and the capability of our production partners.
Prices, VAT and payment
Store prices are shown in pounds sterling. UK VAT is charged at the applicable rate; the current standard rate is 20%. Tax treatment for exports and international destinations may differ. Delivery charges, taxes collected at checkout and the final total are shown before payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Order acceptance and made-to-order production
Submitting payment is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order acceptance or begin fulfilment, whichever occurs first. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a price or description is materially incorrect, payment is not authorised, or fraud checks require it. Printful and Printify may produce and dispatch pieces on our behalf.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
We deliver worldwide to the destinations available at checkout. Our commercial 30-day returns promise and statutory cancellation information are set out in the shipping and returns policy. Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Faulty-goods rights are not restricted by that time period.
International orders
Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for checking local import requirements. Duties, import taxes and carrier fees may be payable unless checkout expressly states that they are included. Mandatory consumer protections in a customer’s country remain unaffected.
Our responsibility
Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or breach of statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and forum rights that apply where they live.
